Kirra Beach Hotel: Terms and Conditions of sale
In placing an order you represent yourself to be at least 18 years old and that the person receiving the wine will also be at least 18 years old.
Prices advertised are each per dozen straight or mixed and all orders will only be despatched in dozen lots otherwise extra delivery charges will apply.
Although it rarely happens, prices are subject to change without notification. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
All wines purchased must be delivered to and signed for by the purchaser. We assume no liability for weather damage. We make every effort to ensure the best conditions for shipping wine, but cannot ensure against changes in weather.
On older vintages, we make every effort to secure wines in top condition. We do not accept questionable goods. On wines older than current or previous vintage, it is industry standard that such wines purchased are at buyers own risk in case of a problem.
